he put himself in that many pockets, he thought he was at the snooker

I'm a great fan of Ruby but was there any need for that? I know we'd all be saying what a great ride if he'd won but why take the chance?

Thought he was riding Annie.

Every time I back Ruby - he effs it up

Only just watched the race back. Had a very nasty feeling about that Walsh ride from an early stage. Always too far back in a slowly run race. Betting suggested they were not too bothered about losing first time up.

Slow run race and giving a start  to a very good horse ........
