ATR couldn't run a whelk stall

ATR specialists in delayed racing coverage Nearly 2017 and they transmit a "live" picture almost 7 seconds behind. Not sure the trade descriptions act would even allow the picture to have the "live" caption showing when it really should say "recorded"

not to mention the cutting edge picture quality

...and they wonder why many youngsters have absolutely no interest in the sport (except of course to get pissed out of their brains at the racetracks in the summer week-ends)

spot on DOUBLED, they should feel ashamed but clearly they're not.  ^^
