Snap sk - same happened to me. 1.01 is just ridiculous and surely not correct
Massive reduction factor, I was averaging 2.76 and returned 1.01. It's because they take the reduction of 2.76 and not 1.76/1. Good thing I looked before I layed off in running, would have done my money.
