sparrow,

I rang to cancel my subscription in October after seeing a post from another forumite who rang to cancel and got offered 4 months at £10 / month, they also offered me 4 months at £10 / month.

When I rang this morning I said I was a current subscriber, he said I need to check with someone so he must have looked at my account and saw what happened in October. He then said that's ok we can give you the offer of £10 / month until November '17.

Its overpriced at 10p,

The other night we had oli and willo waffling about absolutely nothing to do with horseracing until there was just 3 horses left to go into the stalls.

It truly is amateur time and unless things change and we start getting what we pay for they will have to offer a free service.
Where on earth are sensible management when you need them.
Another free bit of advice, it is not a good business move to have the lord of time telling its customers that sectionals and his advice is for the more intelligent.   You could not make it up.

Bullshit - Virgin cable customers not welcome. Not mentioned anywhere in the promo crap and only found out after ringing them and hanging on for 15 mins. Welcome to rip off Britain.

Yes I'm about to blow Virgin as they keep raising prices and bragging how fast their internet is but
BBC player keeps stalling due to low bandwidth..
