My method is a first scout of the form then having backed something I grow uneasy and work out why it will be beaten, and make a second selection. Not always but with all weather bollo I often do. Don't worry about after-timing - if I'd lost I woulda moaned.

The only time I crow about a winner is when I've had some money off it. Why bother otherwise?
