Just when you think its back to normal after weeks of nonsense.

I just think they are trying to push sportsbook and this will become more the norm.

BF, if you are running down exchange multiples with the intention of phasing it out then have the cojones to say so and then we can look elsewhere for our multiple bets (and it will not be with Sportsbook!). If exchange multiples are part of your long term product offer then show some customer awareness and professionalism by having up the appropriate page in good time (ie the night before).

Correct meetings up now but still no access.

Neglect or incompetence or whatever, what is happening today as been going on for months. A normal business would have put this behind them long ago, so it is either deliberate or they are employing stupid people. I do not like to be so critical of a company whose product I enjoy but in this instance it is deserved.

SAME AGAIN today betfair for crying out loud sort it !!!!!!

no wonder they don't want it sorted Washington blue 1.30 donc 20/1 0n exchange 11.5/1 on sportsbook!!maybe when people stop betting they get it sorted -as usual it will be too late!!
I'm not technical wizard but I could get each days racing online on the correct day-mayb betfair tech staff too busy going racing than doing job!!

Anychance of sorting it before the first race ?

Go to BSP Multiples & it shows yesterday's meetings under Key Events in the middle
of the screen.

However, if you click on Horse Racing on the Menu on the left-hand side of
the screen, it throws up GB and IRE options - if you click on either
of these it gives you today's meetings ( Donc/Chelt/Newb etc.)

That menu on the left is rarely there.  We are just told that multiples is not available at this time and that is that.

Hope we don't lose the multiples, along with the exchange its all I am interested in. The high st is much more inviting than sports book at this present time.
