New York State has OTB outlets (off track betting), though what they are like inside nowadays, no real idea. Went in one in late 80's, but not since. I think there might be other US states with similar things, but don't quote me on that
Sadblokes have shops in Belgium and Hong Kong have the Jockey club shops.
