Absolute shambles! Not a cheep from Betfair about any problems.

I phoned them, they said they have reported the problem to the Tote.
Er, no, it's not the Tote, they have todays Placepots showing up. It's only Betfair that have yesterdays still showing.
What a state!

Years ago somebody from Betfair would have read this sooner or later and the problem would have been resolved. Now nothing...nada...zilch.

1 hour to go and it's still showing yesterdays meeting.
I was planning on getting quite involved, but it looks like that may have gone out of the window now.

Maybe we should try having a go at yesterday's Placepots.

How difficult can it be to put todays meetings up instead of yesterdays?

exchange multiples wont let you use the 1550york for ew bets.

This morning weren't any SP some place pools.

Still no pools up.

Multiples also playing up, wont let you include place bets for 3.40 when permed with other races.

Betfair Customer Service reckon they sorted it just before 11:00 this morning. I've swallowed my pride and gone direct to Tote website to put my Pots on. Betfair's loss.
