Isn't this the 'pig' that people were making excuses for Dickie for? I said it at the time that young Jack would've won both times at Cartmel on this horse.

So Jack Kennedy's never been beaten on the horse before then no?
Report wondersobright August 4, 2016 6:12 PM BST
the v same horse MJK...I had henry in mind for him at cartmel instead of dickie tbh but kennedy is mustard Happy

A breath of fresh air in all this negative stuff going on right now. Got to be the best around right now, punters pal, just hope Elliott doesn't give him too many riding instructions if you know what I mean .

He's a very good young jockey and I remember watching him as a (very) young kid riding at the Dingle races or similar type events but I don't really think it was due to the jockey as to why the horse was beaten twice at Cartmel and doubt Kennedy would have made the difference there either.

altruism got a great ride to win at cartmel in may however I think if kennedy rode desoto that day he could well have beaten altruism

the june race at cartmel I have no opinion on tbh

Can you just leave it alone please. Yes he would, we all know it bar you.

Could more over to England tomorrow and be Champion Jockey given the fire power. probably a bit young to go right now, but all there ability wise. Nicholls/Henderson should be all over him asking.

Congratulations on your self-appointed role as spokesman for everyone on here but you might want to look at the OR the horse won off today, then look at what it was the last time is won previously, then look at what it was for the 5 times it was beaten between those 2 wins, including twice when ridden by oddly enough, Jack Kennedy!

How naive to think that if a horse is beaten under several different circumstances in one scenario and then wins under several other different circumstances with one of those being a change of jockey, that it therefore must be down to the jockey alone. If everything was exactly the same in the horse's last two runs bar a change of jockey than you just might have a point.

Yet you don't and would be a bit like a mid-table Premier League football team losing to a top PL team, so they change the keeper and beat a relegation fodder PL team and then suggesting the keeper change made all of the difference!

ima...non-handicaps the last 3 times (2 chases) so the hcap mark is immaterial
(incidentally wasn't there an issue with the english/irish hcap marks for this horse???)

the 3 hcap defeats before that were all 21-44k to the winner races and the horse ran pretty well in all of them and on its merits imo without being good enough but he should be a winner over fences by now
