Thats the problem though onlooker, if you go by who you know ( or on here, god help us all ) as  a reliable barometer of public opinion, then surely that is fatally flawed. Plus leavers are always the most likely to be the shouty mouthy ones on this issue given they are terminally angry with the foreigners and the unelected bureaucrats.
Report onlooker June 23, 2016 11:25 AM BST
I am beginning to think that all the Remainers, must Remain in their houses - watching rubbish on their televisions -

- Whilst the Leavers, Leave their tedious televisions - and get out for a pint.

1.16    £240,697    lump  at 1.16 - sat there Laying Remain - keeping the price at 1.16/1.17

Two scenarios ...

Whether it is somebody hedging out, who has Backed heavily at higher -
- or somebody sticking it there in order to keep the price above 1.16 - so they can Back at higher - we will see.

Well - that £235,000 lump at 1.16 is certainly acting as a Buffer - or has been for the past half-an-hour - with the Market stagnating in that period.

Something stinks with the whole thing, most people I speak to say they are voting out around 70/30 yet the real money is on in as if somebody already knows they won't allow us to leave. I think the whole things a sham, all the propaganda from politions and self interest buisnesses has scared out voters and then dropping  in the your a racist if you vote out. I think there will be reprocess ions after the dodgy counting has finished.

Working in the NHS a an anaesthetist I believe I am qualified in being able to say that we will all need private health insurance within ten years if we stay in the EU. Whether we like it or not, the NHS can no longer cope with migration of any type and we badly need the money sent to Brussels here at home. Vote stay will be the ruin of our NHS.

Never underestimate the silent majority(and the silent shadows...) Change and uncertainty meant Brexit was never a real possibility. I couldn't care less for either side..and that's why I'll be maintaining my 100% record of having never voted for any of their nonsense. Their "democratic" voting system does nothing but mask their barbaric bureaucracy.

The break up of the EU is happening any way whatever the vote is today. A north south divide is taking place already in Europe. It will only get worse, there will be more like Greece, for those who are in charge of Europe are in denial.

This is only the beginning and not the end by any means.

The euro would surely fall at least as much as the pound on Brexit owing to Germany's giant trade surplus with the UK coming under threat.

Yes still raining but not as heavily as it has been over past couple of hours. There is major disruption on the railways and it's a distinct possibility that those who commute to London will be exhausted when they eventually get home and not bother voting.
