USA racing big money bluffing

Recently there have been more big cash amounts appearing  in the lay sector with the apparent intent of seeking to back a horse for big money, when money arrives late near the "off" of course it can be genuine and something to take note of but 5 minutes before the race is pointless and isnt fooling anybody. Wish i was a millionaire to snap up all that free cash but then of course it would soon put a stop to it
