To ride the horse badly three times in succession in exactly the same way is pretty special.

i backed the said beast and obviously liked a bit unlucky but in fairness to his rider he never got the slightest chance to get his mount into the clear(until it was far too late)

Bookies horse, after Minding just battered them that was run to script, imho of course.

He had a chance at the start having missed the break, instead chose to go up blind mans alley.

so in truth  the only chance to be sure of a run  was to go wide from the start, I'm not sure he'd have won anyhow but obviously would have gone close

Probably wouldn't have paid much but I had a 50 quid placepot going onto it. He's clearly stopped riding then got going again all too late. The problem is every mistake by a jockey at Epsom is excused because of the track.

that's the point, not that he got blocked but stopped riding because he knew it looked bad if he flew home. stopped riding and still flew home

Goodwood, Nottingham, Haydock, Sandown can all be nightmares for Jockeys and punters with so much "blocking" going on in races these days.

They have taken the dogmatic view that it is a "hold-up horse) imo. At some point the horse will be ridden more prominently and win.
