When i read the headlines earlier that stated W Buicks win on Skiffles made it a 4 timer, i thought i had won a fortune as i had backed all his mounts at goodwood in a yankee. To my horror, he also rode Alborado a 16/1 winner which at the time i placed my bet, Buick was not down to ride . I am so unlucky, had i known he was riding in the race i would have won a 5 figure sum. Ifs and buts , i know.
