He's already has £450 guaranteed.
If sweet taboo was a N/R he'd get another £455. Anything below £750 is poor. |

The point is that many would accept it,and these are the people that bookmakers prey on. |
|

That's racing. Typically I covered the bet backing the other prominent horses in the market. Except the winner!
Still a nice return and happy enough. But it just goes to show what poor value cashing out really is. |
|
By:
i saw how bad it is yesterday on billies .i had 99 on banglore at evs yesterday early in the ipl cricket game yesterday.
in the 2nd innings the other team were evs at 1 point and my cashout offer was 94 quid. |
|
By:
Thought it bobbed to get it on the line.
|
|
By:
i backed a footy team..had 150 at 9/2 they shortened subsequently to 3/1 i just looked at the cash out option..128..!! do they think people are stuck for money or whats the thinking i wonder?

Had a footie double running last week on Sevilla and Liverpool, and both winning by 2 and 12 mins left. The same book had both at 1/80 in running and offered just over 25% less than the payout - absolutely shocking. The sad thing is people fall for it week in week out. Try and educate them about laying a bet off and earn more money and they don't even want to know it with "I don't get it".

PS - opening poster very unlucky

Try and educate them about laying a bet off
There's no point. Most people don't want to know and make no effort to get it. They cut their winners ridiculously short by taking these offers and never cash out on their losers. No wonder bookies welcome these folk with open legs. |

Roida as usual has to play his "I am so clever" card. Pathetic really. |

try to educate people about laying of or value ! good luck with that ,you only have to look at those lining up to do the lottery after the £15 for 5 balls debacle the other week , I said to a bloke in the q , 5 balls and you should have got £1,000s why do you still do it ? the clown said well I only spend About a £10 a week on it and you might get lucky one day !!
