Yes, Ratpack has sorted out the speeds once before for us.....that time there was apparently some work being done and the engineers were apparently oblivious to all the misery they were causing....a bit more deep rooted this time I reckon though!

Lydia sorted it out once as well. Never knew Richard had been that's even better.
It might only take a word yet would be a big help to a lot of people.
