Has to be a non runner. Nowhere near the rest of the horses and jockey had got off when tapes went up.

A ridiculous state of affairs. The down side of exchange betting I suppose. No doubt a few firms will have refunded stakes on Crazy Diamond but they have been done too as there would have been a rule 4 if sense had prevailed. |
