Fanning checks both sides of the saddle when he pulls up after the race as well
May well have been a weight ,
however it depends on what it actually weighed.
May only have weighed a few ounces.

chucked some poor amateur out ..over about 3 miles for being about 6oz over , id backed the fecker too
if you can weigh in without the timing device i'd be advising my jockey to chuck it away at the start.

wouldn't make much difference where they leave it, it weighs next to nothing
