Same as last time, a customer goes in a shop, asks for 25/1 Sprinter Sacre for Champion Chase, phone call made to get a price ( 25/1 ), written on ticket.
Customer goes to collect, told he's being paid 16/1.
Will report back when they change their minds.

Another ploy which most will be aware of but caught me out.Pause the cursor over there green bog button on odds checker to find "for bets placed on the internet" I had not done so and placed a phone bet assuming that bog applied.The horse won at a bigger price and i was then informed that this was not so. Apparently bog for phone bets is "selected" races only.!
I thought they withdrew the telephone service several months ago?
went in sunday before cheltenham to watch their preview night. bet all the fred pushes went in on the friday to collect now all bets SP. ha. what a total cretin. they told me which horses to bet then blocked me bald mother****g wanking teat face knocing ****
