Anyone tried to claim the 25 quid free bet for backing a runner up and been knocked back ?
I optimistically thought the adverts they were running saying 'everyone' was entitled to it meant everyone....

Just like the Skybet first race money back offer. I got BOG withdrawn by them years ago and get limited to small stakes but still thought I might qualify - but no.

had a 25 free bet. put it on Yorkhill at 9 to 4 .Wins at 3 to 1. I go to collect my 100 and am told that they dont do best price when it's a free bet. Hungry .......

free bet not a problem no stake back , but only 25 pound so having more on write separate slips

I didn't get my free 25 back for 3 bets either. Went on live chat and they basically just said "sorry that's the way it is".
I'm gonna complain to advertising standards cos clearly right next to my take it stated MBS |

I had two free bets from losers on two different races with Skybet, and was paid out on sp (bog) when Don Cossack won (taken 2/1). I believe only the "enhanced prices" do not qualify for "bog".
