I tried to back the field at 50, only got matched on 3, all losers. Quite happy to swallow my loses, good luck to anyone that benefitted.

Bets should be honored. It was only the display price that was incorrect, and that's just a guide anyway. The prices I was matched at represented the market at the time.

I hope pre race bets stand as I have been doing some arbing in the last couple of days with bookies to build up my points for the Cheltenham cash race. If not then this is a disgrace because I will have lost around £200 in the bets with the bookies. Also got my money tied up so can't do the 4/1 bet 365 offer for 3:05. I hope common sense prevails and all in play bets get voided.

Can't see the reason to void IR, like I said, if you played, the prices you received were correct, it was just the display price that was not which is stated as a guide. Those that play on the ladder were oblivious, why should they be penalised

If you put a bet on pre race and it got matched IR then by definition there was no problem until after they got matched

they'll definitely void the IR win mkt, place mkt(s) were/seemed unaffected

How can two entirely separate DATABASES have the SAME unique problem?

The issue was nothing to do with transmission from the course - as in Video pictures - or anything like that.

It is like saying ASDA had a problem with their wharehouse Stocktaking system - and Australian Air Traffic Control suffered the identical issue.
