You need to explain whats happening none of this "we are working on it" p1sh.
This is a long term issue not a technical one that needs an engineer.
It's looking like someone is cutting corners with the supply of the pictures in order to cut costs.
You need to inform your customers whats going on instead of bullsheight excuses.

Hasn't worked consistently well since they brought it in which is what 3/4 years ago !!
