8 Selections  in e/w Doubles (28 in total)

two funnily enough at each UK track

1.30 Ifbutandwhynot - Plenty of tow along in this race, if he doesn't make mistakes, then turning in with a chance you will want him on your side if they've gone hard up front. 49 days off the track, do I dare say he is often more switched on after a mini break, often goes well this time of year

1.50 Smad Place - Sound jumper, improved since 12 months ago, Fav tough to beat, but at the prices and fi something does happen to the fav or he runs below his best then maybe the grey can flash home, Believe he will beat Many Clouds this time around as is now a better horse.

2.15 Alshan Fajer - Cant surely find traffic problems again in this size field. Shame Kirby has jumped ship, but Osin Murphy is an able jockey round here. Stable starting to find form again.

2.25 Annocoty - Paddy Power winner should love the heavy ground, doesn't look overburdened for that win and loves it here, most of these tie in with each other, Irish Cavalier is a danger but I Would take Annocoty to find more up the hill if they are joined at the last

3.15 Court By Surprise - Goes well fresh, has had this as a target for the season, Owner is double handed and this one always goes well at the track, Daryl Jacob in for the job, overpriced.

4.05 - Long jon - I don't regret deserting Winston Churchill this time as I have managed to identify his last two wins including impressive win at this track, however Long John is my choice in this one now he is dropped back in trip after trying 3M at Exeter last time in the mud and having his stamina stretched. This is more like it.

4.30 Exlated - On upwards curve and just cant see him not beating these for the hatrick and stepping up to better company. Blackthornstick doesn't find enough for pressure.

4.35 - Sussex Road - Call me mad, but I like this horse who has shown nothing, 149lbs to carry, but then I see Mike Hamil on board and another 7lbs fulls of the back of this horse and he has one of the most capable jocks around off a feather weight at a track that can be tough when wet. Forget last run at Taunton, that was too sharp, this is more the target back over further and shaped with promise 2 runs back at this very course.
