Had a bet on foxbridge on saturday for only small stakes £5 e/w. It was unseated and i never received my free bet.
Not bothered but was interested to see why. here is the response

me Its a very minor question. did i receive a free bet as my horse unseated on saturday, the horse was called foxbridge
Connor: Unfortunately your account has been removed from receiving casino and sport promotions. So you would not have got this promotion.
me: why is that please?
Connor: This was a business decision. We have not been given any further information.

If they have not notified you of concessions removals from your account, you are entitled to receive them until notified.

Hardly worth it for a £5 free bet I guess, but would encourage anyone who has missed out financially from such practices to fight them as you are likely to win ( and lose your account shortly afterwards, naturally )
