It's been a while since I was on here, as I've been rather busy walking! I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. I hope to see plenty of you between now and the end of Walking The Courses at Newmarket on April 14th.
And thank you to those of you who have so kindly and generously supported the project so far. We have now raised more than £300,000 for Racing Welfare and Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Richard

Good man Richard.  The fact that your keeping the topic of pancreatic cancer in the news, is just as important as the fundraising.  Good luck sir.

Symptons include;

pain in the abdomen or back,

weight loss,

loss of appetite,

indigestion,

nausea & vomiting,

feeling bloated after meals,

diarrhoea or a change in bowel habits,

fatigue,

depression.

If you are experiencing a mixture of that lot,  then get it checked out.

Well done on this. I've seen you Ripon, Worcester and Haydock. I'm sure I'll give you a bit more money at Cheltenham or Newbury next year.
