Me, on the edge of a dance floor watching the white shoe'd gel's dancing round their hand bags.....

In Flintlock's Club Liverpool 1979, took her home and must of got home about 4, then got the special to Arsenal away. 0-0 Seen her again on the following Tuesday and the next 36yrs  HD Off work with Rotator Cuff and biceps tears surgery, plenty of time on my hands for the next six months. Didn't have a bet for ten days after op with my first winning and now a great spell of my last 5 out of 6 going in. Went on a 12 losing run in November though. WHALEWEIGH STATION who I backed last time out and off my tracker 8/1 to keep it going.. |

When I told people at work that I was getting married they asked where she worked. I said Park Royal and the immediate reaction was that they all knew that I would marry a stable girl or kennel maid for the tips.
Actually she did not work at the dog track but for another company at Park Royal and sadly it was not Guinness either. |
