15-20 years ago on greyhounds, in December and ice everywhere, Crayford couldn't get the tractor out and T1 won 5 of the first six races. Lads had just started pricing up the last three races of the day and were 7/1 8/1 and 10/1 the trap 1s. got a decent trixie on the phone and they went off evs 5/4 and 7/4. First two won for a nice few bob but the last race only came 2nd, at almost 25K difference. To this day I'm refer all greyhound bets with them regardless of size.
