Is he now the biggest jockey's apologist out there in gravy train land. Seems to go out if his way after a race to immediately exonerate a jockey before the ride is even spoken about.

To be fair it would be quite an achievement to actually be the biggest jockey's apologist. One or two on here would be pretty disappointed to miss out on that accolade.

seems a nice guy but not a great advert for timeform
like every other timeform pundit, thinks they have a pace angle before races that hardly ever work out
I don't really see the point of having him on. other than it being very cheap for ATR as a Timeform advert

Jamie seems like a really nice, friendly, easy-going, bland, dull, uncontroversial, fence sitting, boring-as-a-pundit kinda guy
