it's a market and you would think that in order to get custom , they would have to be in some way competitive

what we really need is customer reviews from satisfied customers explaining why they are satisfied customers

What we need is a bookmaker to accept bets like they used to, not difficult and they were just as profitable then, given the way things are now they would clean up............

1st race today @ 12.15, the 2nd fav What Happens Now a standout at 13/2 with spoils, others as low as 9/2 + 5/1 yet 9-1 on here, shirley they can lay this and make a prophet on ere, not rocket science

The biggest problem I had with this lot was ever knowing their prices so you always had to call and 95%+ of the time it was wasted as the price was too low. On the rare occasions they offered a decent price they would generally lay whatever I asked for unless it was a dodgy ew race when they would go win only like most do. Eventually stopped calling them much unless they had good concessions (like they often do for big festivals like Cheltenham e.g. money back if your selection is unplaced on certain hotpots). They then closed me for "not offering the type of business they were looking for" which is the usual euphemism for not being a mug. To be fair to them though they were always courteous, accurate and offered nice touches like Xmas goodies each yearHappy

The worse the prices, the easier it is to get on. Older forumites may remember the guff we used to be fed about Irish bookies being willing to take a bet, with no mention of the 200 per cent books over there.
