Harsh imo. If one was being cynical, one may suggest the thing he did 'wrong' was not to employ the tactic of tightening his rival up against the rail, then go on to tell the barstewards that he was on the best horse anyway...

Agreed George after the last when he had 3/4 length, should of chopped of Lucy on the rail. Would never have been overturned... tired horse, soft ground, hanging into the rail, yak, yak, yak
