sire jumped to left at fence hampering 2nd...last 100yds 2nd gained nothing and sire was actually inchy away again..imposs to say 2nd would have won.

My thoughts are that he will keep it. Battled on gamely, I am not so sure the 2nd would've got by. The winner's momentum was also affected by the interference.
