It runs alright for 20 seconds or so then had a long pause, taking it to around 3.5 secs ahead of ATR

It happens on every betting provider, ladbrokes, william hill, betfred you name it. I think its a program that atr/ruk run that intermittently disrupts the feeds, so you have to pay for the service.

Still doing it. Site in general sticky at times. A couple of days off this week could be a good idea.
