Feedback from losing bets

Hi, I'm a full-time on here (not a big player by any means), almost exclusively sticking to the place market I/R. The vast majority of my bets are at odds shorter than 2.0 so I need a high win rate so be successful - was hoping some other I/R players could maybe give me some insight about my losing bets, as obviously im always looking to improve.

First race was 7.45 Wolverhampton Spirit Of The Sea

Thought this got the perfect trip last night and was lucky not to have lost more given to me it looked an absolute certainty to place - the only reason I can think being it couldn't pick up on the AW.
