You are the one woffling shiite you complete imbecile, all i am doing is pointing out that there was nothing untoward in somebody wanting to lay the horse for a grand at 3/1, as they had the benefit of seeing the initial stages.

your first post suggests you think it was a million , to what exactly ? to win or place, as the thread is about the horse placing |
|
By:
Pablo, i knew that idiot was referring to the place market, i happened to be watching the race with bettdack on in front of me.
The horse went off 3/1 ish before it started and was available to back in running at 12 with nothing to lay to win the race after 2 fences. Now i know well from experience that if a 3/1 shot is that price on that site so early in the race, then it must be labouring badly. It was after all pulled up with 4 to jump, so it couldnt have been travelling at any stage in the race. |
|

so it couldnt have been travelling at any stage in the race.

Roida, you havent a clue about the game. a failed punter who spends his days on here shouting WAFDSC , or failing that post yar bet.

03 Dec 15 13:55 It was a million after one fence, a two year old child could tell you as much. Its not a case of they knew, but i would be worried for any race reader who didnt. leading going fine for at least the first 4/5 fences. |
|
By:
Maybe you saw it going easy disputing the lead a mile out, but experienced racereaders would have known that it had never travelled at any stage, and the position it had was only on sufferance. It couldnt have been going easily at it was pulled up at the 4th last which is 6 furlongs from home roughly.
I think its fairly clear it was never going well in the race, everybody who watched the race would have been aware of that except a handful of inexperienced half wits. |

For your benefit im going to watch the race in full slowly and give you an in depth fence to fence analysis of its performance.
1. Took a half hour to get over the first and surrendered 2 places. 2. lost another 2 lengths at the second and is already on the backfoot. 3. Fence 3 sees it joined for second and patently going way worse than the magnificent jumping front runner. 4. At the fourth and is now 5 lengths off the eventual winner who is doing everything right. 5. Has dropped to third now and is now jumping poorly 6. Jumps this fence out to the right and now in last place and looking beaten already 7. Jumps this slowly again, and also to the right and drops to last 4 lengths off the last horse 8. Makes a mid race move under duress and jumps the next fence in second place but again jumps it slowly and surrenders a place. 9. Is immediately in terrible trouble and is going far and away the worst of any of the 4 10. Is now last going nowhere again 11. Barely clambers out over this and is now tailed off 12. Rider accepts situation and pulls up before the 4th last with about 6f to run. Now roida have a good read of that you absolute tool, and you might have a peek yourself duffy also. |

That's all very well but we're talking about the 1.45 at M.R.
|
|
By:
I meant in 2nd for the first 4 or 5 fences of course
![]() ![]() |
|
By:
Yes we are talking about hi bob and you yourself come out with a load of horsehiite saying it was leading going fine for the first 4/5 fences, well nothing could be further from the truth.
So basically either you didnt see the race or else made it up. |
|
By:
Putting that aside, and as Pablo points out we're discussing the prospect of the horse PLACING and there is no way you could be as dogmatic about it's chances in that context....winning yes, not placing though.
|
|
By:
What's happened here is that mincer has seen the initial post and gotten all excited without spotting the (place market) reply and thought the subject was on about the horses chances to win......trouble is by the time he did realize he was too far gone so had to see it through...how's that Ballydoyle??
|
|
By:
The thing is duffy, i know what i'm talking about when i post and you dont seeing that you though the horse was leading for the first 5 fences originally, the same way the other idiot said it was disputing the lead going easily 1 mile out, ya it was going so easy the jockey decided to pull it up 2 furlongs later.
I knew exactly why it was 3/1 to be placed early in the race, and it ran accordingly subsequently. |

Mincer getting owned once again.

8. Makes a mid race move under duress and jumps the next fence in second place but again jumps it slowly and surrenders a place.
it was at this stage going as well as anything and there was £1111 to bet it at 3/1 to place in a 4 horse race |
