Didnt the BHA give him some sort of warning re this a couple of years back?

sure they withdrew his right to self cert for a while, he i believe said, it would mean he would be left duping the betting public because of this, you couldnt make it up.

 Remeber that now just looked it up JIM BEST has claimed he will be forced to deceive the betting public by saddling horses he does not want to run after being excluded by the BHA, along with Gay Kelleway, from the self-certification process for the rest of the year. I like how he states he will be forced to deceive .... wheras previously it just came as 2nd nature |
