When: 21 Nov 15 18:58
Sheikh mohammed needs to hire some new people that have a clue about horses, he just keeps on buying average horses and is not having the success he should have.

difficult to imagine a situation where money is no object - must take away the pressure from a trainer
added to that, we are still quite close to the Al Zarooni affair and even the Sheikh was coming under some criticism
about what exactly he knew
must be in a period of playing it completely by the book now

case in point - last Wednesday the result was

1st  6 Big Baz (IRE) 5 9-4  109 Muir, W R 9.00  Lee, G
tracked leaders, went 2nd over 2f out, ridden to lead 1f out, stayed on well inside final furlong
2nd 1.25 9 Very Special (IRE) 3 8-9 Hood 96 Suroor, Saeed Bin 8.00  Doyle, James
tracked leader, lost place over 2f out, soon outpaced, ridden over 1f out, ran on inside final furlong, chased winner final 50 yards, no impression
3rd 1.25 5 Celestial Path (IRE) 3 9-0 CkPc 110 Prescott, Sir Mark 11.00  Morris, Luke

Very Special was ridden in a very economical way by Doyle, nothing to do with malpractice, much more to do with looking after the development of a young horse
whereas Graham Lee on the winner for Muir saw his chance, went for it and drove his horse to the line
