you serious!

from what form i can see swincombe toby's only run in france was for his current trainer nick williams at auteuil beaten 80l.

the pipe horse's french form  actually reads quite well(just looks like a yak),3rd at enghien beat 3l by adrien du pont(got a juv hdle at chepstow for paul nichols)(rumoured to be one of his best juveniles)

so how you worked out swincombe toby is a 7lb better horse is beyond me.

good luck with that project.

you wd not under stand  it involves  various mathematical calculations , dif ground etc

any time u see french runners let me know ,al let you know if they are any good and which one is the better horse , your looking for a horse to produce under 13 sec per fur if its top class on very soft going not many can achieve that feet ! but the ones that do end up being grade 1 horses !
french racing can be a bit slow than gallop but hurdles  times are pretty consistent in the main !
ave found they tend to run better with a break after coming here from their native country , but am sure they have a advantage right away as they seam to mature quicker in the warmer climate

when i put this to n. mordin many moons ago he agreed and wreckened as much as 6 months further forward , that's a lot for a juv hurdler  ! hurdles are dif etc but u get some nice types ! that horse i tipped to day was easy 15 ib clear ahead of anything !

no books even mordon raised his eye brows at 1st them agreed my system was very complicated but pretty good Wink one has to also look at the race and if the horse has won easily you have to give it a plus rating as it has not been fully exposed ! its not a pure science times are only part of your armory against the enemy ! but 9/10 flat and jumps the cream of the races are won by horses who have produced , fast times , what can we take from this ?
well a horse needs to be able to jump at speed !
and also have the quality  and stamina to see out a truly run race ,
because of the quality of horse they tend to go a brisk gallop !
often the champion hurdles is won by a horse that stays 2 miles 4 fur !

its the same with the chelt champion bumper often produces horses who stay much further in time !

the worst thing to do is hold a horse up at the back at chelt , because often in these competitive races only a few iibs between the horses and trying to make up ground , then hot the hill , they bottom out as tank is empty ! that's why timmy murphy often got beat as he held the best horses way at the back ! any way lets hope we can get one or two special ones , who can make the grade !
