I started using them last month as my "main" accounts with the bigger companies are now heavily restricted.

I had no problem getting a bet on or withdrawing money at first i have a record of 6 withdrawals.

However following a "bigger" win last weekend they asked me to provide i.d to process the withdrawal....I sent a copy of my drivers license and utility bill.

...3 days later a response saying thank you for documents, we now require front and back of your debit card, sceptical now I  scanned my card details with various parts blacked out....2 days later a response saying the images are not clear enough, although they are scanned onto a scanner then e-mailed to them and i can see the image in near crystal clear high definition.

I think they are clearly now just dicking me around to keep my money the two pending withdrawals total around £950.00.

Where can i go next to complain, there seems no management structure there, I will post all the shoddy e-mails they have sent me later today if i have not heard from a manager there.

Has anyone else got a similar experience with this sham of a company?

Add Beewin to your list. They charge you to withdraw money from your account and refer withdrawal requests to a "panel" to check if the request to access your own money is "fair". Sounds like the same mob.

You've got to stick to the reputable(!) firms imo. I know many struggle to get on though.

I might open up The Bank Of Kenbo and see how many people make a deposit!

If they are reluctant to pay out a Grand they should not be in business.

I have just opened an account with them. Haven't placed  bet with them yet. Having problems with Bet bright asking me for passport copy debit card scan and proof of address because I was withdrawing £1700 after being heavily restricted on horse racing bets.

No wonder racing is fuxed. The reputable firms limit you to win £10 and don't want anybody to have a bet, the rest will let you have as much on as you like cos they have no intention of paying out if you win.
