This site now uses so much resources that I have to run C Cleaner twice a day to enable my computer to cope.

If you self-exclude from the games/casino/poker etc, you stop getting harassed by annoying emails and pop up adverts, so you can go about your business in (almost) ignorant bliss to all that nonsense.

I initially did this a few years ago after some people on here said they'd had their accounts rinsed by someone hacking into their account and losing all their money on Exchange Games (I think). I then found that an unexpected added bonus to excluding from it stopped the annoying advert they had in their betslip area at the time, so I got rid of all but the exchange.
