is horse racing usually that bent?

Pumpkins horses are shockingly unfit first time out this year (with a few exceptions) and deckie on the other over Sandown fences, dunno why I didn't do the winner!!

LOL - backed it at Plumpton a couple of weeks ago, when I thought it had a decent chance
It was utterly abysmal against far inferior horses and immediately scratched it off my list. A real headscratcher |

2 couldn't jump, 1 could. Simple as that.

Golden Doyen never a chaser, would beat the winner about 15L on the flat

Price has nothing to do with it. Once more 2 couldn't jump, 1 could. Repeat until it sinks in.

my bad gutfeeling, why was it 16/1 if it could travel and jump so well, someone must have scooped on that surely

gutfeeling cleared up again

16/1 based on hurdles ratings would be my guess as over hurdles it'd have a fair bit too find.
Bond being able to watch a race and see that 1 can clearly jump better than the others does not mean I had a bet you utter clown. Oh and It'd be cleaned up not cleared you mug. |

Some people take form a bit too literally. It is a difficult conundrum of form and lots of other things that require deciphering. Unfortunately, some of the "other things" are not totally trustworthy. A difficult game in case anyone didn't know.
