my favourite pundit by a mile
By:
he's the daddy imo

By:
cant tip a winner but id listening to his original opinions and analysis over the rest of the gravy train brigade all day
By:
his analysis and views are meaningless if they produce few if any winners - waste of space but to be fair so are most if not all of the others - I watch the races & ignore all the comments of the "experts"

Angus 'The Stooge' McNae loves him.
Would make a fantastic ventriloquist. |
By:
im one of the experts so I have to listen to myself
By:
I can take him or leave him... making comparisons tonight with decent dirt horses in USA and mediocre claimers on the turf in this country that would give Einstein a headache. Doesn't appear to be American Pharaoh's biggest fan either

Talks a lot of sh ite imo but I like him. Most likely a nice guy just don't care too much for his ott analysis.
Each to their own though, if it works for him etc... |
By:
i just find him very interesting and entertaining . i know he gets slated about his waffle but i'm always pleased when he's on air

cmon james, what did aidan say when he grasped your arm

By:
hes far from the worst. he can over analyse sometimes but at least hes analyzing.

This is interesting what they are talking about now. Media Criticizing/not jockeys trainers etc
Says he was grabbed by AP Obrien after having an opinion on one of his runners |
By:
Anyone who has never seen a bad Jamie Spencer ride has to be a headcase
By:
That is proper 'street cred' for a pundit, being grasped by Aidan O'Brien cuz he dared to criticise a ride by Joseph!

By:
Sounds as if he does a lot of punting, dirt is best for punting followed by Southwell he says.
