I think this has a huge chance today and have backed it. His last run against some really good horses shows him to be in fine fettle, and worth a wager,he looked all over a winner between the last two only to be mugged by a right good mare near the line. The drop back in trip should pose no problems, in fact I think it will suit. Sizing Granite needs to up its game coming out of the novice stage against a much more battled hardened horse, getting 2lb and with Ruby aboard I can see this fellow leading from start to finish...

Have you upset him again Ozy?

No.  The entire forum ridiculed him for dramatically outing himself as not quite the full shilling.  A cry for sympathy that backfired.  Even the Clap on the Back Brigade failed to stick up for him.

Now, insults usually sail straight over Wonkys head, this time they appear to have registered and he is in a proper sulk.

I'm actually a bit worried about him given his history.

Worry about yourself, glad to see you have stopped giving yourself stars for your replies btw.

I thought he would hold on half way up the straight, maybe the trip was a little short in hindsight .

^ Barry O' Connell had a nice day, Velvet Maker looked useful and Marakoush will probably get his maiden next time. The two in the handicap hurdle Mrs Mc Veale and Roll It Out will run well again next time. Tulsa Jack won with a lot in hand and unless he gets clobbered is in rare form. Good days racing.

Alechi is definitely better in small fields like today anyway.

They will not be happy with Barry after the ride on Roll It Out imo, the h/cap mark is now virtually out the window , exposed now and the h/capper will surely put it up  ,he was watching Sammy Black and failed to spot that it was beaten before setting out after the runaway leader , by that stage the race was gone. They won't be happy campers tonight..
