NOTTINGHAM will inspect at 11.30am due to flooding in public areas. The going is now soft 8mm of rain overnight and a further 18mm since 7am. Continued rain, heavy at times, is expected throughout the morning, clearing early afternoon.

Not sure about Soft, Heavy in places. The volume of rain had my lawn under water for most of the morning 
they'd call if good to firm at goodwood
