I wonder if they're monitoring the increase in income in other parts of the site while the exchange is down.
Will there be an explanation?
Surely there is a case for recompense to the most regular exchange users who may build their time and how they spend it around a medium which doesn't operate.
Whatever the reason for this - and it DOES happen a lot - Betfair should be more accountable to their CUSTOMERS for errors on the site.
