Anyone having access problem with RUK? Message reads "PLEASE AMEND YOUR RACING UK ACCOUNT TO VIEW THIS CONTENT" - no way to do it, can't get through by phone.

was told not to change any of the settings and they were aware of the problem and trying to fix it ASAP |

does seem to afflict them more with more high profile tracks/meets which is fookin annoying

Yep ... i'm currently waiting for their UnHelp line ... 15 minutes so far ... apparently my call is important to them, so I'm reluctant to ring off

I haven't bothered ringing them today it took an age to get through (as always) on the last occasion. The problem on their site is exactly as it was last time site went down and it was back on that afternoon so hopefully they can fix it in the same way!

some scottish bird telling you how important you are to them every 10 seconds starts to grate after 15-20 mins
