At a guess, he once threatened to sue over something a forumite posted years ago and his name has been on the blacklist ever since. While Betfair could afford a team of libel lawyers to check the forum round the clock, they've probably decided this way is easier. By which I mean cheaper.

Must be the surname they pick up on SS, as the lad that shares his surname I had included in today's (last night's) write up was undoubtedly my post was pulled for further scrutiny. Ramruma is correct, think he took offence to a previous post and threatened betfair with legal action.
