Any idea if we're going to get paid out now, having backed the Leger winner to win the Leger? Seems a bit unfair if we don't.

The St Leger sponsors announced they would be paying out those who backed Simple Verse ante-post as a single bet to win.
Firm spokesman David Williams said: "It's a fair few quid, but given our support of the race we think it's the right thing to do."

The horse wasn't even in the lists until the 5 day stage so it won't be 'a fair few quid'. Good gesture nontheless.
