Does he still work on the racecourse, used to work for Martyn of Leicester ,was involved in a few scoop wins in the early days. Appeared to be a very good judge, wondered if he was still involved in racing.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I heard a rumour that after he, Peter Naughton and the fellas from the fruit & veg stall had masterminded that scoop 6 win, they ran off together and lived happily ever after!

I can remember being at Newbury not sure if it was the last leg or the bonus. It wasn't the first time he won it so I'm told. Do you know if he's seen racing anymore.
