...have they ever told us the actual reason for the crash? I do seem to recall a DDOS explanation a few months ago, but is it reasonable on every single other occasion to hide behind the "terribly sorry chaps....."...."doing all we can"..... "sorry for the inconvenience"......"technical issues".......stuff?
