I'm going to Perth races, it's part of my quest to visit every mainland course, I will only have 2 left to visit.

If you can work out which of Gordon Elliott's are off, you'll have a good day. I haven't been for a while - the last time I went was the day Richard Guest got called in and chucked his jockey's licence across the table. I always got stuck in the traffic heading from the town to the track - never did find a way round it. Nice little track though. Pity there's no significant Richards/Jefferson presence there these days. Races seem thin and overly-Irish without them.

It's a crap course to watch them & it's terrible to get out of but it's still worth a visit.There'll be a big screen & the books in Tatts are very fair.The likes of Tommy Morton virtually ignore the exchanges on the thin uns. |
