I unfortunately was!
I am aware the great AOB started this little ditty but why every trainer uses it as a line is beyond me? We are listening whilst you are talking.....we do not need instruction ffs. Onlooker is due to bowlark me in fairness after i dug him out about something just as trivial....but it bugs me  |

Movewiththesauce, this thread, and I'm sure there were others too, were started because people were not used to hearing interviewers being told to "listen" after asking a question, far from it and it certainly wasn't "common parlance" to start a sentence with "Listen".
